Last November, the CSIC’s Eduardo Torroja Institute of Construction Sciences (IETcc-CSIC) presented the ‘Construye 2030’ project at the International Conference on Green Building 2023, organised by the University of Córdoba.
During two days, 27 and 28 November, the conference discussed environmentally friendly technologies in the field of building and construction, advanced building materials, CO2 capture, circular economy, building sustainability, energy-efficient buildings, smart technologies and new construction methods.
Guillermo Sotorrio, civil engineer and researcher at IETcc-CSIC, was the project technician in charge of explaining the objectives and results of ‘Construye 2030’ achieved to date. In this way, he presented the Status Quo on the training needs of the construction sector to achieve the energy performance of buildings and contribute to the European objectives of 2030.
