On 7 May, the Fundación Laboral de la Construcción presented the ‘Construye 2030‘ project, as part of the BUILD UP Skills initiatives in the construction sector in Spain, to a Hungarian delegation from the National Contact Point of the Life Clean Energy Transition programme, made up of members of the Ministry.
The meeting was divided into two days that took place at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and at the Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDAE), where the four representatives of the Hungarian Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Agriculture were able to learn about the management and evolution of BUILD UP Skills projects in Spain, among which the project ‘Construye 2030’ was highlighted as a success story in the management of the Life programme.
In addition, a mention was given to other consortium of this programme, such as the ‘JALON’ project that promotes a new approach to help the emergence and growth of energy community projects led by European citizens, and the ‘My Building is Green’ project that aims to create solutions based on nature for the adaptation of buildings to climate change.
