On 23 January, Green Building Council España (GBCe) together with the other partners of the ‘Construye 2030’ project organised the first working group for the development of the Training Roadmap, one of the results whose objective is to collect measures and actions that address the training needs of the construction sector to achieve the 2030 goals.
During the meeting, which took place virtually, the list of training measures needed to achieve Europe’s sustainable objectives was discussed.
In this way, the participants were able to evaluate the different measures worked on in previous meetings and discuss their formulation, as well as brainstorming to collect additional measures among the participants.
Subsequently, the participants voted on which measures should be prioritised and gave their reasons for their decision. Afterwards, four working groups were held to determine which criteria should be used to assess the suitability of the proposed measures and an open discussion on emerging professional profiles was organised.
